Client Care
This department is also called the Marketing and Sales Department. Team members develop promotional resources, select marketing strategies, and implement advertising campaigns throughout the world. They produce and update our promotional literature, such as advertising copy, schedules of rates and terms, flyers, our company brochure, the contents of our website, and our quarterly Newsletter called QuickNews.

The Client Care team assists clients by discussing the large variety of our high quality language services and offering professional language solutions for their projects. Team members provide information, oral quotations and written estimates, and enter into contracts for services, including yearly contracts. Upon completion of each project, they determine the level of client satisfaction, and follow up with other departments of WordExpress on client feedback.
It is their task to build solid, mutually BENEFICIAL BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS with our clients, based on TRUST and RESPECT.

Project Management
This department is also called the Production Department. Team members are responsible for the professional processing of all projects, whether written translations, oral interpretations, multilingual desktop publishing, audiovisuals, website localization or any of the other language services offered by WordExpress. Using the powerful, proprietary WordExpress database, the team evaluates, trains and hires our in-house and freelance language specialists, verifies their qualifications and continuously reviews and assesses their performance.
The Project Management team is in charge of the projects from the moment the order has been placed until the moment the final product is delivered to the client. Team members select the linguists best suited for each particular project and supervise them during the entire course of the assignment. They also implement our quality control procedures, thus guaranteeing that the DEMANDING WORDEXPRESS QUALITY STANDARDS ARE MET at all times. Last but not least, they make sure that ALL DEADLINES ARE OBSERVED and that the projects are delivered in a timely fashion.

Information Technologies
The team members of this department focus on any and all technical issues in the company. This includes purchase and maintenance of computer systems in the offices of WordExpress, computer networking, file and fonts compatibility issues, secure file transfers, and all technical website aspects. The team ensures that WordExpress uses state-of-the-art technology and deploys the latest hardware and software to MEET AND SURPASS INDUSTRY STANDARDS and to INCREASE EFFICIENCY.

Finance and Business Development
This department is responsible for our corporate finances, including accounts payable and receivable. Furthermore, team members develop the company with the goal to produce growth at a steady, solid and sound pace. They monitor the financial status, develop income projections, set income goals and analyze the performance of the Client Care Department and Project Management Department. The team ensures that WordExpress ALWAYS STRIVES TO REACH ITS ULTIMATE POTENTIAL. This department reports directly to the President of WordExpress.

Business Coordination Department
A recent innovation at WordExpress, the department's team makes for maximum efficiency by facilitating proper communication and interaction between all departments. Team members step in on an as-needed basis to guarantee CONTINUITY OF WORKFLOW and OPTIMUM RESULTS.
Additionally, team members are in charge of the training program for interns and aspiring translators. They locate, evaluate, interview, select and hire candidates, and provide orientation, training and supervision to new in-house staff.
