Client Care (Sales & Marketing) Manager

The Client Care Manager position is a full-time in-house position. The Client Care Manager is in charge of sales, marketing and advertising. S/he is responsible for procuring the projects for the company. S/he implements and monitors current sales, marketing and advertising strategies and campaigns and develops new ones. S/he handles all prospective clients (prospects) and maintains existing accounts (clients).

 The right person has an excellent general education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree), an international background, a pleasant and outgoing personality, extensive experience in sales and marketing, and outstanding written and oral language skills in English and at least one major foreign language (Spanish, French, German, Chinese or Japanese).

At a certain point after having proven capable and successful, the Client Care Manager may be promoted to be the General Manager of the company.

Interns

Full-time/part-time internships are available at WordExpress for educated persons from all countries, including the U.S.  If you are from a foreign country, you should be fluent in English; if you are from the U.S., you should be fluent in one foreign language.

The intern positions are especially suited for students and/or natives of foreign countries who wish to learn about the American business culture in general, and about all aspects of an established translation company in particular.

At the end of the internship you will receive a Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation. The internship may lead to a full-time in-house position. Qualified candidates from foreign countries may be sponsored by WordExpress to live and work in the United States.
